We manufacture fabricated HDPE fittings and specialty products designed to help our distribution partners meet a wide range of customer and project requirements.
Our capabilities include fabricated pressure fittings, dual containment systems, perforated pipe, custom spool pieces, manifolds, manholes and other specialty HDPE products. With fabrication capabilities through 48″, AIS can support both common fitting requirements and large-diameter or custom configurations.
But our role goes beyond fabrication.
AIS is built to support the distribution channel. We maintain inventory of commonly requested products while providing flexibility to fabricate products that may not be readily available off the shelf. That combination helps our partners respond to customer needs, filling gaps in their existing product offering.
Quality and Traceability
Quality and documentation are built into our fabrication process. AIS fabricated pressure fittings are produced using PE4710 material and supported by documented quality-control procedures.
Data log reports are maintained for fabricated fittings, with unique serial-number identification supporting product traceability.
